Privacy policy
1. Personal data contact
Iryna Petrivna Onyshchuk, notary’s office, 1 Rivnenska Street, Lutsk, Ukraine. For personal data enquiries, contact irina_notarius@ukr.net or +380 50 759 92 69.
2. Data processed
This is an information website. It has no booking form, account, payment facility or document upload. If you call or email, the office receives the contact details and information you provide to answer your enquiry, arrange an appointment and prepare for it. Do not send passport copies or other confidential documents without first agreeing a suitable method.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Enquiry data is used to handle your request and contact you. The applicable ground depends on the enquiry under Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, including consent, steps requested by you before a transaction, or a legal obligation. Notarial case data is governed by separate notarial legislation; this policy does not replace the information provided during an appointment.
4. Hosting and technical data
The public website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages, secure the service and operate its infrastructure, the provider may process IP addresses, request times, page URLs and browser or device information. Its infrastructure is international and processing may take place outside Ukraine. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
5. Cookies, analytics and external services
The website code sets no advertising or analytics cookies, uses no tracking localStorage and includes no advertising pixels. Language selection uses ordinary links. Fonts and images are served by this website. The hosting provider’s technical security mechanisms may apply according to its settings.
Google Maps and reviews open only when you follow a link; there is no embedded Google map or automatically loaded review widget. External services apply their own policies after you leave the website. The entrance photo is stored locally and viewing it does not connect to Google. Email links open your email application and telephone links open your device’s calling function.
6. Recipients and retention
Hosting, email and telephone providers may process data as necessary to provide their services. Disclosure to others requires an appropriate legal ground, including cases required by law, and must respect notarial confidentiality. Enquiry data is retained as long as needed to respond and handle related matters, or longer where required by law. Notarial documents are subject to specific statutory retention periods.
7. Your rights
Under Article 8 of Ukraine’s Law “On Personal Data Protection”, you may obtain information about processing and recipients, access your data, request correction or destruction of unlawfully processed or inaccurate data, submit a reasoned objection and withdraw consent where consent is the processing ground. Statutory recordkeeping duties may restrict deletion. Use the contact details above; identity verification may be necessary to protect your data. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or seek judicial protection.
8. Changes
This policy is updated when website functions or processing arrangements change. The current version and update date appear on this page. This English translation is provided for convenience; the policy is based on Ukrainian law.
