- Transmission of statements and acceptance of money or securities on deposit.

What to prepare
Explain the specific act required and bring available supporting documents. Eligibility, the notary’s competence and the documents needed are checked individually.

What should I bring to the first appointment? +
Bring identification, a tax number if applicable and all available original documents relating to your case. Each service section contains preparation guidance. Checking the requirements in advance helps avoid another visit.
Can I arrange documents while abroad? +
We can discuss documents and representation in Ukraine in advance. Certification, translation, an apostille or legalisation depend on the country and document. A telephone discussion does not replace personal attendance where it is required.
How much does it cost and how long does it take? +
Cost and timing depend on the notarial act, documents, checks and mandatory payments. They are clarified after reviewing the case. Before signing, ask for the breakdown of costs and next steps.
Should I book in advance? +
Please call first to agree the time, participants and documents. This is particularly helpful for transactions involving several parties, inheritance and corporate matters.
